Full legal name, date of birth, gender, and government-issued identification number (such as MyKad number or passport number). This data is collected as part of the mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
Email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. This information is used to administer your account, send transactional notifications, and, with your consent, marketing communications.
Bank account details, e-wallet identifiers (such as Touch n Go eWallet or Boost account references), transaction amounts, deposit history, withdrawal history, and payment method information. This data is required to process deposits and withdrawals in MYR.

winrm will only send promotional and marketing communications (including bonus offers, reload promotions, and event announcements) to members who have expressly opted in to receive such communications during registration or through their winrm account settings. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by updating your notification preferences in your winrm account or by contacting support.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not affect your receipt of transactional communications necessary for the operation of your account, such as withdrawal confirmations, security alerts, KYC requests, and responsible gaming notifications.
The winrm platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 and above. winrm does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If winrm becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21, that account will be suspended, and the data will be deleted as expeditiously as possible.
